Every company registered in Portugal (Unipessoal Lda, Lda, SA) must declare a registered office, an official address tied to the NIPC. It is the address shown on the Certidão Permanente and used by the administrations. If you do not live on site or rent premises, a domiciliation solution provides that address in a clean, stable way.
